The Show
The BAG presented the works of Jon Huck, a Los Angeles-based multimedia artist. Huck works primarily in watercolor on paper and wood, but his work also utilizes cutout and collage techniques. Huck captures beastly creatures with striking humanity, and human faces with immense vulnerability. In many ways, Huck’s work appears to be a study of expression and form, each piece deriving delightfully complex character from an intimate, simplistic arrangement of features.
